We are often asked where our HQ is located. Chances are, if you live on the Northern Beaches, you have probably driven past us. We are located on the corner of Condamine Street and Sunshine Street (just past Dan Murphy’s). Our HQ is our own home base, it’s where we have our kitchen, office, and storage facilities. Our team gather here every morning for a team meeting, and then heads out all over Sydney to cater our events for the day.
Catering Northen Beaches - Where do we cater to?
We cater for all of Sydney and the surrounding suburbs. We also travel further for special events; however, these events typically incur a travel fee. I will leave a travel fee rule that we use to quote and invoice our clients below:
Travel Fee –
Less than 45 minutes from Manly Vale = $0
45 min – 1 hr 15 min = $65 per staff
1 hr 15 min – 2 hours = $115 per staff
2 hours – 2 hr 30 min = $185 per staff
Where are the most of our events?
It is actually very seasonal. Throughout summer (September/October), we cater a significant amount of corporate events. The majority of these events are within Sydney CBD. From December – May, we cater a lot of large private catering events. These often include anniversaries, weddings, birthdays, and more. Then, from May – August, we have a strong mix of both corporate and private events.

Our menu options include, buffets, canapés, degustations, and grazing tables. Occasionally, we will also cater a bespoke menu that has been created for someones special day.
Regardless of the menu we are catering, we always use the best quality produce, using seasonal ingredients that are delivered to us fresh from our suppliers. Our main suppliers are:

Cocktail Parties And Roaming Canapés
Of our four services, our roaming canapés are most popular. The reason canapé are so popular is their versatility. Canapés can be served at cocktail parties, networking events, corporate events, weddings, and so much more. Canapé also require no tables or chairs, freeing up a significant amount of space at your chosen venue. They also have a lower menu cost per person, making it the budget friendly option.
Our canapé menu also boasts a range of 25 menu options at any one time, meaning you can create a menu that will impress all your guests and get you so many compliments!
As your caterer, we also bring all the kitchen equipment, platters for serving, and serviettes, so it truly makes for a seamless service, and a stress free catering experience.

We had the pleasure of experiencing Catered By Matt for our lunch and dinner events (15 people), and it was fantastic. The Wagyu sirloin was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. The salmon was cooked to perfection, flaky and tender, and the lamb backstrap was a true highlight – tender, flavourful, and cooked just right. The salads were equally amazing, fresh, and vibrant, perfectly complementing the main dishes. What truly made the experience stand out was Matt, who handled the preparation and plating. His attention to detail was evident in every dish, and it was clear he took great pride in his work. This weekend I celebrated my 60th birthday and hosted a lunch for my friends. Matt cooked 3 courses of delicious food from his degustation menu. The food was excellent and everyone was impressed.

Matt catered my 21st Birthday on the northern beaches and he was incredible. The canapés were delicious with guests going back for seconds, thirds, even fourths!!!
