Over the past 3 months, Catered by Matt has seen a significant increase in Eastern Suburbs bookings. We believe this is due to the referral program.

 

How does our referral program work?

If you have hosted or attended an event that we catered, we encourage you to spread the word about our services to your friends and family. If your referral leads to a booking with us, we will remove $150 from their booking AND $150 from your next event with us. This is our way of thanking everyone for the positive word of mouth that brings in so many new guests for our team to cater for.

Put simply:

  1. Experience our catering first-hand by being at an event
  2. Tell your friends and family
  3. When they book their event with us, ask them to let us know that you sent them
  4. Both of you will save $150 on your next events with us!
 
Frequent questions about our referral program:
  1. Can I use more than one $150 referral discount at my event?

Answer – Yes, you can use up to two referral discounts. Just send two different guests our way!

  1. How long are my referral discounts valid?

Answer – Your referral discounts are valid for 12 months. So there is no need to worry about expiration on these.

Typically, we cater 5-7 events every single week, and currently, at least 2 of those have been referral events! This is the power of positive word of mouth, and we appreciate it more than you know. This is why we decided to give back to you by creating a referral program.

What menus are our Eastern suburb events choosing? I have found our two most popular menus (of recent) + a few testimonials from clients who have enjoyed this menu.

 

3 course degustation. $127 + GST per person

Entrée –

Miso salmon skewers, compressed cucumber and apple salad, sesame seeds, shallots

Main –

Beef eye fillet, roasted potatoes, mushroom puree, butter roasted mushrooms, puffed barley

Dessert –

Almond biscotti, milk choc mousse, strawberry compote, praline crumb

 

Premium 3 course degustation + canapés. $169 + GST per person

Canapé Hour –

• Wagyu beef tataki skewer, sweet soy sauce, pistachio crumb, shallots 

• Crispy beetroot tartlet with relish, whipped ricotta, black olive

• Spanner crab remoulade, sesame seed waffle cone, caviar, chives

• Tuna sashimi, prawn chip, roasted sesame dressing, chives

Entrée –

Hervey Bay scallops, roasted tomato, wakame, café de Paris butter

Main –

36-hour beef short rib, grilled broccolini, creamed potato, red wine jus

Dessert –

Milk chocolate mousse, raspberries, Chantilly cream, chocolate crumb, raspberry powder
