Menu #1 – $29 per person
This menu is the perfect fit for events where light snacks are needed to complement drinks, such as cocktail parties or casual social gatherings. While not designed to replace a full meal, the items on this menu are sure to keep guests satisfied throughout the event. It’s a great option when your guests need a little something to nibble on, but the focus is more on socializing and enjoying drinks.

• Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours
• Ideal For: Shorter events, casual gatherings, and drink-focused occasions
• What to Expect: High-quality snacks that pair perfectly with your event’s beverage service, keeping guests happy without feeling too full. 

Menu #2 – $44 per person
For events that stretch into the afternoon or early evening, such as a 6:00 pm Friday gathering where guests may not have had dinner. This menu offers the perfect solution. It’s designed as a substantial snack offering that can serve as a light meal, making it ideal for canapé-style events or when you want to offer something more filling than snacks but don’t need a full dinner service. 

• Duration: 2 to 2.5 hours
• Ideal For: Mid-day events, after-work gatherings, or early evening cocktail parties
• What to Expect: A delicious selection of canapés and finger foods that leave your guests feeling well-fed without a formal sit-down dinner.

Menu #3 – $58 per person
This package is perfect for events with big eaters or those events where you want to provide a full dining experience that lasts throughout the evening. Whether you’re planning a long dinner reception or big house party that will go on late into the night, this menu is designed to offer generous portions for everyone. 

• Duration: 3 to 3.5 hours
• Ideal For: Formal dinners, weddings, or any event where food plays a central role
• What to Expect: A large selection of canapés and finger foods that keep guests full and happy throughout the evening, ensuring everyone leaves with delicious memories of both the food and the event itself. 

How Much Does A Private Chef + Staff Cost? 

We base our staff prices on a 4-hour event for chefs and a 3-hour event for waitstaff. If the event is longer, such as a wedding that may last 6+ hours, we will adjust the price accordingly. The prices for our staff are as follows: 

Chefs – @ $390 each
Bar staff – @ $370 each
Waitstaff – @ $260 each

We are often asked if our waitstaff can also manage bar duties to reduce costs. While this is possible for simple tasks like pouring drinks or opening bottles, we need our dedicated bar staff for a full bar service. Our bar team specialises in creating cocktails and managing a range of drinks. It’s all about providing the right fit for your event’s specific needs.

Staff Training requirements.

Our staff have met the following criteria before being hired.

1. They are RSA-certified – (responsible service of alcohol)
2. They have at least 4 years of restaurant/bar experience
3. They are well-spoken and charismatic for our guests
