Hi, I’m Matt Mirosevich, a Sydney-based chef with a passion for turning events into unforgettable experiences. I trained in some of the city’s top fine dining kitchens, including two years at Quay, and earned the prestigious Brett Graham Scholarship, which took me to London’s Ledbury.
Since shifting to catering, I’ve delivered premium degustations for private and corporate events, and international clients.
