Thinking of catering your own BBQ?

Thinking of cooking your own BBQ menu? Here are our top two tips:

  • Use Marinades and Rubs. Marinades can enhance the flavour of your meats. Use marinades with ingredients like lemon, garlic, rosemary, thyme and paprika. Marinate your meats for at least a few hours, preferably overnight, for maximum flavour.
  • Add vegetables to the BBQ. Some vegetables enjoy the smoky flavour of a BBQ. Consider adding vegetables such as bell peppers, corn, broccolini, and chilli peppers. Try roasting all the vegetables together, then chop and toss for a delicious roast vegetable salad!
