On the 15th of September, we had the pleasure of catering for Ferrari. Over the 6-hour event, we served 80 guests roaming canapes, drinks, and tea/coffee. To match the Italian brand, we created a custom Italian-inspired menu.
So, what was the menu?
Parmesan wafer, fig and sundried tomato remoulade, bocconcini
Pork Belly lollipops, apple gel, baby coriander, kale powder
Arancini, portobello mushroom, onion, parmesan, pesto aioli
Seared beef eye fillet mini sandwiches, truffle, parmesan, onion relish
Torched mini cheesecake, raspberry
The Team
For this event, we had one chef, one barista/bar staff, and two waitstaff. We also brought in all the equipment. This included the bar itself, glasses, cocktail shakers, serving trays, plates etc. This means we can truly be our client’s one-stop shop, making planning events super easy and seamless.
