Firstly, let’s choose a menu style. There are 3 main menu choices:
Canapé events are incredibly fashionable nowadays, with roaming canapés being served for 2-4 hours, you will have your guests feeling like royalty. Canapé menus are also brilliant value for money, typically ranging in price from $30pp to $60pp which is a lower cost than sitting down for a banquet or degustation menu.
2. Buffet Menus
Buffet menus are great because they provide a variety of food options and generous portion sizes. they are also typically slightly less formal than degustation menus and allow everyone to move around whilst enjoying their food. Buffet menus range from $59pp to $89pp.
The most formal of the 3 menu choices. Degustation menus are typically something you find within a restaurant. This is what makes it so exciting to have at-home catering for the foodies out there. We are also very flexible in catering to your preferences. If you cannot find something you love on our menus, or you would like to tweak it a little bit, we can accommodate that for you.

Who’s cooking?
Okay, so now you have chosen your menu, let’s talk about who’s going to cook it for you. We have an extremely talented team of chefs who have all worked in fine-dining restaurants for most of their careers. For this reason, you can be completely assured that regardless of the menu style you choose, you will be served delicious food! If you require Bar Staff or Waitstaff, we can supply them too. All our bar and wait staff are also restaurant-trained.
What if I have guests with dietaries?
If any of your guests have dietary requirements, we will create substitutes to ensure they won’t miss out. Regardless of the dietary requirement, we can make it work (provided we have at least 4 days’ notice). Simply select your menu as if the dietary requirement was not there. Then, from here, we will create the replacements.
How many Canapés do I need for a 2-hour event?
Typically, we promote canapé package #2. This package has 7 different options and makes for a substantial meal. If you have some big eaters in the crowd, or you want the food service to last a little longer, adding some grazing tables, cheese boards and charcuterie boards is a brilliant option.
When will the chefs arrive?
The chef arrives 90 minutes before the birthday party’s food service begins. So, if you are having a dinner event at 6:00 pm, we will arrive at 4:30 pm.
