How To Build Your Buffet Menu
We offer two buffet menu options, each designed for you to customise with your favourite dishes. Simply choose a menu, and then select the specified number of dishes from each category.
For example, Menu #1 includes two main dishes, two side dishes, plus bread and butter. You’ll choose your two preferred mains and two preferred sides, we will include the bread and butter. It’s a simple and flexible way to ensure you can create a menu you and your guests will enjoy.

Buffet Service Options For Your Next event

Family-Style Buffet (Banquet)
We offer two distinct service styles for buffet catering. The first, and most popular, is our Family-Style Buffet, where the buffet is arranged down the centre of your dining table. This allows guests to serve themselves from their seats. This style encourages sharing and creates a warm, communal dining experience.

Buffet Grazing Table
The second option is our Buffet Grazing Table. For this, we set up a buffet table to the side of your dining room, office, or venue, complete with plates and cutlery. Guests can stroll over, select their favourite dishes, and then find a seat to enjoy their meal. This style offers flexibility and works for both formal and casual events.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, we sure can. The most common dietaries we cater to are GF, vegetarian, and vegan. We will make alternatives for these guests so everyone can still enjoy our menu.
Do I need to supply crockery, cutlery and glasses?
Yes, you will need to supply everything set on the table. However, we work closely with an equipment hire company and can provide this service if required.
Do you offer buffet catering for corporate events?
Yes, we can offer buffet catering for your corporate events. We can either serve a shared banquet or a buffet grazing table.
If I have 80 guests at my wedding and would like to have buffet catering, how many chefs will I require?
A buffet for 80 guests would require 2-3 of our talented chefs (depending on the menu chosen). We would also need to bring a team of 3 waitstaff to ensure food is delivered hot to the tables.
