We had the pleasure of experiencing Catered By Matt for our product launch event, and it was fantastic. The Wagyu sirloin was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour. The salads were equally amazing, fresh, and vibrant, perfectly complementing the main dishes. What truly made the experience stand out was Matt, who handled the preparation and plating. His attention to detail was evident in every dish, and it was clear he took great pride in his work.
